But just don\u2019t tell that to buyers! When buyers hear you say you need to buy a bigger home for your family, it may make them question whether the home you\u2019re selling is spacious enough for&nbsp;<em>them<\/em>\u2014even if they don\u2019t have a growing family.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u201cWe need a cheaper mortgage.\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;The last message you want to send to potential buyers is that your home is too expensive or overpriced, which they could easily end up thinking if you say you\u2019re moving for a more affordable housing payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When you list your home, many people may wonder&nbsp;why&nbsp;you\u2019re selling.
